Mainly brown rice. Tho I usually have arborito (sp?) and basamatti in the cupboard. Always seem to have some wild rice too (which we like) as I have an old friend in Minnesota whose ancestors harvest it --- and she always remembers me!

I usually serve long-grain, white rice with stir fry dishes etc. But, recently, my daughter-in-law introduced me to Basmati rice with almonds, pieces of dried apricots and spices...that was delicious. She served it with chicken curry.

Brown basmati, red, black sweet and wild rice. The only white rice we prepare is sweet sticky rice and not very often. We also buy some of the unprocessed rice blends from the health food store. We always prepare them in a rice cooker.
