Pain de Mei Hinged Round Bread Pan

:confused:I've had a Pain de Mei Hinged Round Bread Pan for years and years. I don't remember having a recipe. I'm hoping one of you will have one and be willing to post it here. Thanks.

King Arthur's website has one. It's not round but a long pan. 13"x4"x4." Also has a recipe for Dainty Tea Sandwich Bread. Maybe you can use the recipe for your round pan.

Thanks Tipper, I have looked on their site, but did not see the recipe you referenced. This pan couldn't be over 2" and I bought it years ago from Cuisinart.

Yesterday when I opened an old food processor cookbook I found the original Cuisinart recipe stuck inside that I had been looking for! It seems a bit long, but I'll give it a try this summer.
