Thanks for the link!! I was so happy to read the section about eggs!! We hardly use eggs around here. When we do or if we need to, i buy the half dozen but we only need maybe 2 out of the carton. The eggs stay in the fridge forever!! I've eaten eggs a week after the date printed on them and never got sick. DH on the other hand....threw out a whole carton (dozen with 3 gone) because the date was a week or even a few days past the date on the eggs!! Im going to have to get him to read that article!!
