:D We made the Southern Comfort cake while ago---it is absolutely to die for!!!! Smells great and tastes better. May have to make another for next week, cause this one won't last long!

I'm so glad I saw this! I've made one but haven't tasted....it does smell good! I'll know more tonight. :D I wondered if it would be better to make a day ahead and let it "mellow." If we have any leftovers, I'll find out!
