Hey Shops!
AUKAT and I were wondering what kind of "wrap icing" is on the mummy? It looks like cream cheese, but then I would eat cream cheese with a spoon....ok I DO eat cream cheese with a spoon......

Thanks!

It was cream cheese! I think I might have thinned it out a bit with a little milk so that it would pipe smoothly.

Was the recipe posted for the Mummy cheeseball? I would like to make this for our church Trunk or Treat. Shops, can you tell us how you did it? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure this is the recipe. It was referenced to on the CLBB.
Just do a search for "mummy" on the Taste of Home site. It's the Yummy Mummy Cheese Spread.
I may try it with a homemade cheeseball or something yummy with pumpkin! It is sooo cute & seems super easy!
Shopsticks, I loved all your pics! Thanks for sharing them. I entertain very similarily & I just love it!

I'm so sorry!! I typed out a reply the other afternoon and must not have submitted the reply. Here's the recipe that I used for the cheeseball...
2 - 8 oz extra sharp cheddar, shredded
1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 - 8 oz container of chive + onion cream cheese
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp red pepper
Combine ingredients and shape like a mummy. Pipe cream cheese (mixed with a little milk for thinning) over the mummy to make wrapping.
This is actually my MIL cheeseball recipe. She makes it into a ball and puts a broccoli stalk on top to look like a pumpkin. She serves it with apple slices.
