Peppermint Bark

Hello, I am interested in making Peppermint Bark and shipping them for Holiday gifts. The recipe said to keep refrigerated which seemed odd to me with only really chocolate and peppermint candy involved. Is it possible to ship in tins for holiday gifts ? Thanks so much for your support, Lori

I have shipped chocolate in tins before but I place the tins in the box surrounded by a cold pack. You can get them at the UPS store or other supply store.

The only purpose is to ward against a long stay in a warm truck while enroute to it's destination. The cold pack helps a great deal.
