Ok all you college football fans! What are you serving for the 1st game? Our game is Saturday night so I am packing more food than I would usually take for an afternoon game.

Here is my menu so far:

Chicken tenders
Pimento Cheese sandwiches

Chips
Crackers
Roasted red pepper dip
Hummus
Pita crisps
A block of cheese
Grapes
Apples with caramel dip
Shelled edamame

Water
Tea
Adult Beverages

Brownies
Maybe cookies

**This menu will probably change daily and as the grocery store sale flyer comes out on Wednesday** :D

that look's great
We are looking forward to tailgating, but not until Ole Miss first home game on 9/17.

What is your pork tenderloin recipe? Oven, grilled, or smoked.

For pimento cheese, I want to try the recipe in Paula Deen's magazine that came last week. Has Rotel tomatoes - yum.

I love a grilled tenderloin but if I run out of time I may roast it in the oven the night before. I slice it pretty thin to make sandwiches the morning of the game.

I would love to see Paula's new pimento cheese recipe. Please share!
