Boston Symphony

Its always been a dream of mine to see the Boston Pops or Symphony. Well it looks like I might get my wish in September. I'm so excited about the prospect of this trip I can't hardly stand it. :D

Also will be hiking in Utah this fall, hopefully before the snow flies.

Oh you are going to love it!! I've seen the pops with Keith Lockhart and they really put on a fabulous concert. I can't wait to go back. Enjoy your trip.

I saw Keith Lockhart in Winston Salem, NC a few years ago. I would love to see the Boston Pops and was so mad when A&E quit showing Pops Goes the Fourth a couple of years ago. CBS picked it up and shows about 30 minutes of the concert and then the fireworks display.

Unfortunately it will be too late for the POPs which is what I would really really love to see but seeing the symphony will be wonderful too.

There is a ticket booth for the symphony and other events in Boston in Copley Square right across from the Public Library. That can save you some running around to different places to buy tickets. I lived in Boston 13 years and it is one of my favourite places in the world. Have a great time.

My BIL and SIL occasionally play with them (saxophone and clarinet, respectively) and I have been while I lived in Boston. It was great! Enjoy! :)
