Right now, I'm buying Maggie Iams b/c I can get it at Walmart. We don't have a pet store in our town, and I don't know if it's worth the 20 mile drive to buy her the "good stuff".

What do your Fur Babies eat?

I buy Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover's Soul for Sophie; she loves it, and she's a picky eater. It's made with only fresh chicken (it's disgusting what's put in some dog foods) and fresh fruits and veggies.

I feed my chihuahua Royal Canin chihuahua food. It is made especially for the little guys and she loves it.

I've been buying Nutro canned and dry. They love it and it seems to do well with them. It's also whole food.

I feed my boys IAMS dry food. It's one of the few 'commercial' dog foods I've found without all the corn ingredients.

My baby furball, Mika, eats Science Diet (hairball control formula) and all the Aquari-Yum cat treats she can beg!

Aw, you know just a bowl or two a day of Beneful, a greenie or two thrown in for good measure and just a leg or two from the occasional brave mailman!!!!! JK

We feed our Zoe the Nutro food. It is a very healthy food. They do sell it at Petsmart. You can get the dried food in big bags. Maybe that could be an option for you since you don't live close to the store. We have spoiled her by mixing in some of the canned food. We started that about 6 months ago.

She was on Eukenuba as a pup and we had to switch. Until I did some research, I didn't realize how bad some dog foods are.

Lord help the pups eating Old Roy from Wal Mart. I"ve heard that is one of the worst.

A variety of things. If I could manage it, I wouldn't feed any of them standard dog food after reading "Food Pets Die For" by Ann Martin. I have one dog on mostly chicken, with green beans, etc. Another dog is on Hill's ID because he went through a very dangerous time with colitis.

We feed our 7 the Nutro Sensitive Stomach formula. They all are doing great on it, and the new adoptees that I get have a marked improvement in their coat after just a few weeks.

One of my cats eat prescription food because he has inflammatory bowel disease. It's IVD Lamb and Green Pea canned food. The other two also eat specialized food because my girl cat developed food sensitivies after her radiation treatments. So they eat Natural Balance Venison and Green Pea dry food. Fortunately, I can buy it at Petco.

Iams Mini Chunk + a slice of a Red Barn Beef Roll for our three dogs. Occasionally the cooked fat I cut off of chicken breast before I cook it, or the pan juice from ground turkey. Shhhhhh, don't tell - but sometimes the little guy gets a pretzel!
