Take a step back in time as the Hattiesburg Historic Neighborhood celebrates the 34th Annual Victorian Christmas candle-lighting and transforms the downtown Hattiesburg neighborhood into a night-time wonderland. Residents line their sidewalks with more than 20,000 luminaries and decorate their homes for the holidays for this event. Enjoy carriage rides around the neighborhood, tour the two open houses on Short Bay, or listen to carolers roaming the streets. Tickets for the open houses will be available in advance at Main Street Books and at the The Walthall that weekend. Carriage ride tickets will be on sale at the Walthall along with hot chocolate, coffee and snacks.
