Default Critique this menu

DH is taking some big wigs to the Clemson game this weekend. It is a 3:30 game and he wants me to pack some hearty fare to impress his guests. There will be several men and a few children. I am not going, so I am going to have to send everything already assembled. Here's what my menu is so far:

Chicken tenders
Pigs in a blanket - made with smoked jalapeno turkey sausages
Ham and cheese sandwiches - I love those Arnold bread rounds for this.
Chips
Crackers and Palmetto Cheese (local pimento cheese with a kick)
Grapes? I think apples might get brown and look bad.
brownies
chocolate chip cookies

What do you think? Enough? Will the kids eat it?

Your menu sounds perfect!!

I just recently bought Arnold bread and don't think I will buy anything else from here on out. It's delicious!

Perfect! And, coming from a "lunchroom lady"...the kids will love it! There are just a few things you have to offer kids to make them happy...chicken fingers, some sort of sandwich, grapes, apples (you can get those already sliced, pre-bagged....not too chemically tasting, BTW)...that makes for a happy kid!
