Default Floors

I know we have talked about this before, but what do you use to clean your floors -- tile, laminate, etc. My kitchen floor is textured laminate and light colored. It takes me 4 hours on my hands and knees using the Mr. Clean erasers to get it clean. I saw an ad for one of those steam cleaners, but the reviews I've read aren't glowing. Does anyone have one and LOVES it?

I have hardwood floors in most of my houe and ceramic tile in the bathrooms and laundry area. I saw the same ad this morning. DS told me I needed one of those. Guess Bissell does a good job marketing to 6 year olds! I do want one of those steam cleaners. Right now I use a mop and diluted vinegar to clean the floors but I do feel like I am just pushing dirty water around sometimes.

girl i HIGHLY recommend the Shark Steam Mop!! that thing was my cleaning angel when i had our tiled floors!! they were textured and the grout lines were deep. i HATED them and hated cleaning them with my swiffer wetjet. I then invested in the steam mop and fell in love!! GET ONE!!

I now have wood flooring, and tile throughout the house. I am on my second Floor Mate.I feel that it work real well on both, and doesn't take all day to do the floors.
