When I was teaching, I often gave our secretaries, custodians, etc. small gifts. I love to cross stitch, so some years I stitched Christmas ornaments or pins. Some times I shopped Christmas bazaars or after Christmas clearances for unique Christmas ornaments or jewelry. Mixes in a jar are good - one year Current had cones to put the mix in instead of jars. If I was doing it now (I retired a couple of years ago) they'd get a mug, the cake in a mug mix and a chocolate spoon.
