Thread: What's for Dinner, Thursday, 10/4

Tonight is a typical dinner night for us.

It was SUPPOSED to be spaghetti.

Which I was SUPPOSED to be cooking.

Then one of my old buddies came over for a drink or ten.

That would be my old buddy Jack Daniel...

Tonight is just my step dad and me and it's looking like dinner is going to be deli takeout.

    And whiskey.

    And cigarettes.

What would takeout be without whiskey and cigarettes?

It's a cousin to the baked bean!
Roses will bloom again. Just wait and see. Don't mourn what might have been. Only God knows how and when, but Roses will bloom again.

Baby girl had dinosaur chicken pieces and smiley potates with grapes and sliced cheese. The rest of us fordged in the fridge. It was clean house night:

Yeah, it was actually pretty good. Good enough that I'll order it again and not all that expensive either.

Two club sandwiches for around $15.

But that $15 bucks didn't include the JD! Hope you enjoyed your friend last night and that you didn't feel too rough this morning.

Well more like $60 if you toss in Jack but he's good company.
