    Charley, I replied last night with a long response which also included my adaption of an original recipe that I got out of the Cookbook, Vegetarian Epicure. It was my first Vegetarian one purchased when I was 12 in about 1973. Print date shows 1972. Not at home right now so will repost it later. Sorry about that!
    As for fresh corn we have it yearly here. Not fresh Georgia grown. Can't wait for summer and good silver queen I think it is shipped from South Florida or other "warmer" areas. It is readily available though.
